All Community Centered Boards are required by law to have an annual financial statement audit conducted by an independent certified public accountant. These audits are conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America as established by Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. These audits are then condensed and combined into a summary statement called the Condensed Combined Audit. Because it is a summary document, the Condensed Combined Audit is not written to be a detailed report, but rather to provide a financial picture of the system as a whole.
