Dirt (Garden, Inc.) (Greenwood Village)

 

Dirt is a nationally recognized 501(c)3 on a mission to change the world for, and with, individuals with disabilities and their families. Since opening in 2013, Dirt has changed the lives of thousands of individuals with neurodiversities across Colorado through its social enterprise, Dirt Coffee Bar and its affiliate programming. As Dirt reaches sustainability, it’s time for its founder to step down and make room for an inspired, dedicated and experienced leader energized to guide the organization into its next chapter as it prepares for national growth.

As Executive Director, you will be responsible for making a make real impact in the lives of those with disabilities through Dirt’s programming and community outreach. As the key leader of the organization, you will be responsible for the administration and strategic planning of the organization and its mission. Key duties include social enterprise management, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years in an executive or leadership position of an organization, non-profit and/or social enterprise experience is preferred

  • Candidates must demonstrate strong skills and success in fiscal management, securing grants, fundraising, and donor development
