The Executive Director is the leader of our agency operational team, which includes community relations, program management and direct support. Critical to their role is ensuring safety, respect, connection and integrity for the people and families we serve. This position will serve in our Grand Junction, CO agency.
Daily operational oversight of the agency.
Strategic planning, partnering and collaboration with the National supports office (finance and accounting, HR, marketing, community relations, IT and more) and statewide teams.
Financial and budget oversight.
Employee management, including coaching
