Summary of the position:
This position is to support the mission of providing effective and consistent short-term stabilization treatment to individuals with IDD. The Regional Centers require more support in day-to-day programming and operations. This support will ensure individuals are able to receive the treatment necessary to transition back their community. The position will create and maintain a high standard of care across the Regional Center system, while ensuring all programs meet or exceed compliance with rules and regulations. The position will lead the PRC Management team and reports directly to the division director.
• Exercises appointing authority responsibilities, with direct and indirect supervision over 190 FTE in the areas of staff hiring, performance planning, performance evaluation, corrective and disciplinary action, and is the representative for all agency decisions.
