A detailed Agenda will be provided as soon as possible. While the below is subject to change, you can use this for travel planning purposes for now:

  • All Members of Alliance should plan to arrive in Breckenridge by 11:30am on August 20 for Pre-Conference Peer Network Meetings.

    • Password for the Pre-Conference page can be found via an email communication you should have received, or you can contact Alliance's Director of Membership & Events if you need the password. This is not the same as your password for the Member Portal.​

  • Summit Exhibitors set up is flexible starting at 9:00am, and exhibitors should plan to have their table set up no later than 1:00pm on August 20.

  • Non-Alliance Members/Invited Guests should plan to arrive no later than 1:00pm on August 20.

  • Re: the arrival times above, please factor in extra time for parking/HOTEL check-in. There is no free parking on the Beaver Run Property.

  • The conference should end by 12:30pm on August 22.

Registration Access Codes can be found via an email communication you should have received, or you can contact Alliance's Director of Membership & Events if you need the access code for your registration type.

​Alliance CMA, CCB, PASA, Strategic Partner (SP), and Colorado Advocacy Network (CAN) Members:

  • $350 (+ fee of $25.32) per person

  • If you wish to avoid the credit card processing fees and pay via check or ACH, please submit the Offline Member Registration Form to Kylie.

  • If you were nominated (or nominated someone you are registering) for the Alliance IDEA Scholarship and are selected, we will refund the registration fee, but cannot refund Eventbrite fees. If a nominee is not selected but is still able to attendee, we will refund a portion of the registration fee. If you are in this category, we suggest registering OFFLINE.

  • If you are an Alliance member who submitted a speaker proposal and are chosen to present, we will refund your conference registration, but cannot refund Eventbrite fees. If you are in this category, we suggest registering OFFLINE.

 

Guests - may include Providers from CMS Region VIII and Alliance's State Partners (BY INVITE ONLY):

Non-Member PASAs, CMAs, invited vendors and businesses serving the IDD Community, and advocacy organizations, or established professional or trade associations (BY INVITE ONLY):

  • $500 (+ fee of $35.38) per person

  • If your company is eligible and interested in becoming an Alliance Member and paying the reduced Member Rate to attend the Summit (with a minimum one-year membership commitment), please contact kkampbell@alliancecolorado.org. Companies that apply for membership by July 1 will be reimbursed for the difference in registration fees ($150pp) only upon the Alliance Board of Directors' approval of your membership application.

Non-Member Summit Speakers - (speakers to be selected/notified on June 1):

  • Contact Alliance's Director of Membership & Events for registration information if you cannot find it in your email.

  • If you submitted a speaker proposal and are chosen to present, we will refund your conference registration, but cannot refund Eventbrite fees. If you are in this category, we suggest registering OFFLINE - contact Kylie for your offline registration form.

Cancellation/no show/refund policy

Alliance will refund the registration fee for persons who register for the event but cancel their registration on or before July 29, 2024. Registrants who cancel after July 29, 2024 will forfeit the entire registration fee. A registrant who does not cancel and does not attend the event will be considered a “no-show” and forfeits the entire registration fee. EVENTBRITE REGISTRATION FEES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

Notices of cancellation must be submitted to kkampbell@alliancecolorado.org in writing and received by July 29, 2024 to qualify for a refund of the registration fee.

Registrations can be transferred if someone at your organization/company takes the place of the registrant that is unable to attend. No advance notice is required to transfer registration, but if advance notice is not given, please let Summit check-in volunteers know who you are attending in place of.

Due to limited space and high demand, this is an Alliance Member event or by invite only.
