Cancellation/no show/refund policy
Alliance will refund the registration fee for persons who register for the event but cancel their registration on or before August 18, 2023. Registrants who cancel their registration after August 18, 2023 will forfeit the entire registration fee. A registrant who does not cancel the registration but does not attend the event will be considered a “no-show” and forfeits the entire registration fee. EVENTBRITE REGISTRATION FEES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
Registrations can be transferred if someone at your organization takes the place of the registrant that is unable to attend, but you need to let kkampbell@alliancecolorado.org know about the change in advance of August 28, 2023.
Notices of cancellation must be submitted to kkampbell@alliancecolorado.org in writing and received by August 18, 2023 to qualify for a refund of the registration fee.
