All activities listed below the hotel information are included in the registration fee, unless otherwise noted.

Event Cost for Alliance Members: $100 per person 

• Your agency will be billed via invoice on June 3rd.

• Registration Cancellation Policy for Alliance Members: 

  • Alliance will refund the registration fee for persons who cancel their registration on or before June 2, 2025 at 5pm. 

  • Registrants who cancel their registration after 5:01pm on June 2, 2025 will forfeit the registration fee. 

  • A registrant who does not cancel the registration but does not attend the event will be considered a “no-show” and forfeits refund of the entire registration fee. ​

  • Registrations can be transferred at any time if someone at your organization takes the place of the registrant that is unable to attend.

  • Notices of cancellation must be submitted to kkampbell@alliancecolorado.org in writing and received by June 2, 2025 at 5pm to qualify for a refund of the registration fee.

Event Cost for State Partners: $100 per person or waived

• NOTE FOR INVITED STATE PARTNERS: if your Department has updates to provide for our Alliance Membership during the (in-person only) Alliance State Forum (June 25), we will waive the event registration fee.

Don’t forget that there will be varying and random construction holds on I-70 at Floyd Hill and Vail Pass over the summer.
