  • The Direct Support workforce crisis continues to be a top priority for Alliance. It also contributes to the “invisible wait list”, a phenomenon in which people can enroll in services but can’t access all that they need. Alliance supports the State’s proposed Base Wage Increase to $15.75, and we feature direct support jobs on our Jobs Board. Thank you to Alliance member, Community Living Alternatives, Inc., for highlighting this critical need in the Colorado Sun!
